Frequently Asked Questions

  1. When will my pottery or glass art piece be ready for pick up?
Pottery takes about 5 days for our staff to glaze and fire and prepare it for pick up. Glass takes about 7 days before its ready for pick up.
  2. Do I need to make a reservation for a table?
No. We do not take reservations (except for Mother’s Day), we are a walk in studio. We do offer a party room customers can reserve for groups of 8 or more people (call studio for more details).
  3. How long will you hold my pottery or glass pieces for?
We usually hold pottery and glass pieces in our pick up corner of the studio for 2 months.
  4. Will you call me when my pieces are ready?
Usually we do not call customers with reminders; we give them a receipt with a pick up date written on it instead. Customers are welcome to call the studio to check on the completion of their pottery or glass piece.
